1. Are you also a broker and/or a REALTOR?
   I have a Broker’s license and am a Broker Associate with Keller Williams Elite- Park Cities.

2. Do you work full-time or part-time as a real estate agent?
   I work Full Time.

3. How many years of experience do you have?
   I have worked in Residential Real Estate since 1992. I was a Business Broker in the tri-state area for nine years previous to that (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut).

4. Do you primarily work with buyers or with sellers?
   I work with both. I represent sellers in the Park Cities and surrounding areas. I also work with local buyers as well as buyers who are relocating into the Dallas area from other states and countries.

5. What is your education and training?
   College graduate (Springhill College - Mobile, Ala.), Broker’s License, E-PRO Specialist, RECS Designation, Certified Historic House Specialist, Relocation Specialist

6. Do you have any professional designations?
   Real Estate Broker, Historic House Specialist Certification, RECS Designation, e-PRO Specialist, Public Notary

7. What real estate-related organizations do you belong to?
   National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Metro Tex Association of Realtors.

8. Do you have full access to the area Multiple Listing Service (MLS)?
   My website features all of the MLS listings and is updated with new listings as they come onto the market. Additionally, I download any and all new listings and changes to existing listings on an ongoing basis onto my personal laptop computer.

9. Can you provide references upon request?
   Yes, I can provide references upon request.

10. Are you a skilled negotiator?
    Yes, very much so.
